POSITION SUMMARYWe are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization seeking a skilled Internal Help Desk Technician to join our dedicated IT support team.

Essential Functions:
Install and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers/scanners).
Administer user accounts.
Primary contact for all help desk requests.
Manage/support Company cell phones.
Maintain inventory of all end devices and Windows applications.
Monitor and address desktop security issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field ofStudy:
Information Technology
Experience:
1 plus years of experience in Help Desk, Technical SupportComputer Skills:
Basic PC setup and trouble shooting proficiency.
Basic understanding of server / client architecture in a Microsoft-based environment.
Familiarity with repair and support of PC peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts such as IP Addressing, DHCP and DNS.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in an often fast-paced environment and respond quickly and efficiently to user help requests.
Ability to multi-task and juggle a variety of open-ended technical issues while seeking resolution.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability and temperament to interact with end users possessing a wide range of technical knowledge.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
